PMS and Vitamin D
If you suffer from PMS symptoms check your Vitamin D levels. The most efficient way to do this is for your own body to manufacture Vitamin D by receiving sunlight daily. Where climate allows spend 20 minutes a day in a bathing suit with sunscreen on face and hands only. Your body will manufacture around 20,000 IUs of Vitamin D. You can also supplement with the only authentic Vitamin D3 called cholecalciferol. Some doctors recommend 3000 IUs daily. Check with a doctor who knows about vitamins/nutrition.

Vedic House Design
There is an ancient Sanskrit text called Sthapatya Veda, which suggests there is a correlation between human harmony and the orientation, spatial and material elements of one's home. Jonathan Lipman, AIA, chief architect of MGC in Fairfield, Iowa believes that by using the principles of Vedic design it is possible to incorporate health benefits and prosperity into a home's foundation. This type of building follows principles including the direction a home faces, size and placement of rooms, the use of natural and nontoxic materials and the passage of the sun overhead.

Safety at the Gas Pump
To be safe at the gas pump shut off your engine and do not speak on your cell phone. This could actually cause a fire. To minimize exposure to the chemicals in gasoline, use a paper towel or latex glove to protect your skin from absorbing while pumping. Step away from the gas nozzle while it is filling to minimize breathing in the fumes. Filling up your gas tank each time is more economical and better for your car's engine and the environment.
